Cancellation and Credit Card Policy 

We require that all clients have a valid credit card number on file to reserve all appointments. We request that any appointment cancellations are made within 24 hours of the appointment to ensure adequate time and opportunity to fill the space with other guests. In the unforeseen event of a No-Call/No-Show, we reserve the right to charge a 50% service fee to compensate the technician(s) for their time, as it had been reserved specifically for you and they no longer are able to fill that slot with another guest. 

Deposit Policy 

Some services require a 50% deposit prior to the appointment. These services are distinguished by either cost of service or time required, regardless of department.
